Last 21st of October AirAsia announced that they will have a direct flight from Singapore to Cebu starting 25 November. They have offered many promo fares, i luckily got air fare of S$400+ only round trip this December. It may sound expensive but remember it's a holiday. Last year i bought my ticket (with same day) i paid S$1200 for that.
At least we have now 3 airline to choose, specially now Cebu Pac offer the worst flight schedule.
